Build visual schedules in minutes

Pick pictograms from 11,500+ ARASAAC symbols or the emoji library, and write labels in your own words.

Timers on tiles

Set a countdown for any step, like 2 minutes to brush teeth. The time left is easy to see, and a gentle chime marks the end.

Read aloud (text-to-speech)

Tap a tile to hear its label, spoken by a voice on your device. Helpful for early readers and AAC users.

Export to .OBF, .PDF, .PNG

Open Board Format keeps your plans portable. PDF to print for the fridge or the classroom wall. PNG to send in a message.

Reward board

Each finished step earns a star. Once every star is earned, the chosen reward unlocks.

Check off finished steps

Tap each tile when it is done. It fades and shows a check mark, so progress is clear at a glance.

Open formats. Your plans stay yours.

Many AAC apps keep boards in their own format, which makes switching hard.

Ezrapicto exports plans as .obf, the Open Board Format, an open standard from OpenAAC.

Frequently asked questions

Is Ezrapicto really free?
Yes, free forever, with up to 5 plans and no credit card. If you want more, optional paid tiers add unlimited plans, all 16 themes, and profiles for the people you support. See pricing
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Plans you have opened on this device stay available without internet. Changes need a connection.
Can I use it for AAC?
Yes. The picker includes 11,500+ ARASAAC AAC symbols, every tile can be read aloud, and OBF export lets plans move to other AAC tools.
Is it good for autism?
Yes. Visual schedules and Now/Next boards are evidence-based supports for autistic children and adults. They are part of TEACCH and used by many speech and occupational therapists. Ezrapicto gives you the building blocks; the structure is up to you.
Is it good for ADHD?
Yes. Pictograms make each task easy to see, timers on tiles help with time blindness, and marking a tile as done gives immediate feedback.
Can I export to other AAC apps?
Yes. Plans export as .obf, the Open Board Format, supported by CoughDrop, AsTeRICS Grid, and others.
Do I need an account?
Yes, to save plans across devices. Sign-up is free and takes about a minute: we ask for your name, email, and a password.
What is the difference between a visual schedule and a Now/Next board?
A visual schedule shows several upcoming steps in order (e.g. a whole morning routine). A Now/Next board (also called first/then) shows what is happening now and what comes next, with an optional third "Later" tile.
Where do the pictograms come from?
Two libraries are built in: ARASAAC (CC BY-NC-SA, the library of the Government of AragΓ³n, Spain) with 11,500+ symbols, and an emoji library.
Is my data private?
Yes. We collect only what is needed to run the service (email, your plans, and security logs kept for 180 days), we never sell anything, and you can delete your account at any time from your account page.
